4. Machine Main Features:

• All the production process using computer control. Upper IPC computer, the lower is PLC. Infrared thermometers detect glass surface temperatures, the surface temperature of the glass based on the computer automatically changes the furnace wire control program, so that the glass forming a more stable and consistent.

• Critical control components of all the world-famous company's products, such as Siemens, Omron, Schneider, good reliability, low failure rate.

• Heating box is designed as box-type structure, good insulation properties, low energy consumption. Observation window quartz glass, high temperature resistant, unbreakable.

• Transmission inverter control, so that smooth motion, reliable, accurate location.

• Portion of the heating element has a separate lifting mechanism, and each heating element can be separately controlled heating flexible control, manual intervention at any time, especially for deep processing of different shapes of curved glass. Heating element power design is reasonable, good resistance wire material performance, reliable and durable.

• Each heating box can be placed in different types of glass, the computer control system automatically recognizes the heating chamber, and heat bending molding according to the first set of glass production program.

• Computer software to control the operation of memory, can reduce the impact of human factors, to make the operation easier, easier to guarantee product quality.
